Well finally got here after that long flight. I have not put anything on here since I got here cos I was a bit jet lagged and could not think straight.
Not having my suitcase arrive with me did not do much for my disorientation. My bag did not get lost but our connection at Heathrow was tight already but the plane from Manchester was put in a holding position for a while over Heathrow and that made it impossibly tight. All the passengers going on to the Melbourne flight were met and escorted to Terminal 4 bypassing security our luggage could not make it.
On the 3 days so far I have been in Clunes where Mad Max and Ned Kelly were filmed, at the Aboriginal Culture Centre where we painted Boomerangs and to the Wildlife Park.
I am looking forward to visiting Sydney at the weekend.
A chance for those who worry about me or are just curious to see how being down there upside down in Australia is affecting my mental stability. Also if I can be bothered and/or find the time I might put a picture or 2 to make you jealous I hope.
